Why need a source and payment agent  :

1. factory does not have sales to abroad ,they accept payment by RMB only ;

2. factory does not know how to handle international shipping , we can handle for you .

3. China is a USD exchange controlling country , all USD payments to a company must be declared to Exchange Administrative Bureau and goods must be formally declared to customs for exporting  . By doing this , cost will be increasing (USD100-150)  and usually will be shifted to buyer , for a small amount order, it is not good to buyer .
